Welsch on Ramona Ave.

This is Welsh, I caught him, apparently waiting for the bus on Ramona Ave. It was an intriguing look, this dusty little elderly street guy with his earbuds in, listening to his tunes. He said he didn't have a computer yet, but he doesn't appear to have any trouble changing with the times. It might not be long until he gets one.
